Care
Cleaning
Use provided polishing cloth on dry jewelry to remove any tarnish that may develop with age. If a deeper clean is desired, place the jewelry in a mixture of mild dish detergent and warm water or a commercial jewelry cleaning solution. Using a soft toothbrush, carefully scrub the surface, rinse again, and dry with a soft cotton cloth.
Colored Gemstones & Pearls
Clean only with warm water, using a soft polish cloth or a clean makeup brush. Light and heat can affect the durability and natural moisture of gemstones and pearls, so avoid wearing while sunbathing and swimming. Remove when washing hands and avoid contact with household cleaning products.
Storage
Our packaging is designed to be the perfect storage for your pieces. Store each item separately, or wrap individually to avoid scratching.
Black Rhodium
Black Rhodium is a plating finish added to give metals a darker hue.
As with any plating, it tends to wear down easily. To ensure the dark hue lasts as long as possible, do not wear your item while washing hands or using hand creams, lotions, cosmetics, perfumes, and household cleaners. Do not use jewelry cleaner solution, polishing cloths, or any other chemical- filled cleaner. Instead, rely on a soft cotton cloth and warm water, but only if you must. In time, your item may need to be re-plated if you’d like to refresh the dark hue, which we’re happy to service.
